About the Speaker
William Ludwig is the Director of Strategic Acquisitions for Sunbelt Business Advisors, leading the firm’s growth through acquisition services (www.acquireandgrow.com). He has led both the sale and acquisition of businesses and has experience in a variety of deal making and deal sourcing aspects, including business analysis, business valuation, negotiation of purchase agreements and transaction due diligence.

William has served as President/COO/Officer/Board Member and Business Owner for manufacturing companies that sold to Private Equity Groups. He is a member of the Trusted Advisor Board for Vistage Worldwide, Inc.
