Is Acquiring a Business a Shortcut to Growth?
For business owners, one of the most important decisions made is how to grow their business. Did you know? Google has acquired over 200 companies. Many successful companies of all sizes are choosing strategic acquisitions to grow their business.

Through the strategic acquisition of another company, the purchasing company can achieve instant economies of scale, efficiencies and enhanced market visibility. The acquisition can also increase the company’s customer base by adding new product or service offerings, expanding geographically or eliminating a competitor.

Is acquisition right for your company? Why are companies seeking growth through acquisition? What are the most common mistakes when acquiring a business? How does your company determine what to buy, how much to pay, how to structure the transaction and how to overcome challenges?

Please join us for answers to these questions and to learn about increasing the value of your business.
